Texaus BBQ is made up of four good mates that love the Texas low and slow BBQ. They cook on a Silver Creek offset stick-burner. Texaus BBQ has competed in the inaugural Port Macquarie barbecue competition in March 2014, where they placed 2nd in beef. They also competed in the Bangalow Bluegrass and Barbecue competition in August 2014 and came 1st in pork, 1st in ribs and 3rd overall. “We love these events and have a good time with like minded people along the way.”
